Crane Carrier Produces First Pavement Maintenance Chassis

Crane Carrier Company produces the first unit into a newly defined sales channel, supporting tuck-mounted pavement maintenance equipment.

Customer, Duraco/Cimline Pavement Maintenance (Division of Plymouth Industries, Inc.) secured 4 initial CCC custom trucks to market spray injection, pothole patching technology to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

The Cimline DuraMaxx is mounted onto a Crane Carrier chassis, taking advantage of the low-entry cab. DuraMaxx is a remote pothole patching technology that enables the operator to perform roadside maintenance without exiting the vehicle.

Through this partnership, Crane Carrier has effectively entered into new market space for this unique customized truck solution.
