Effective immediately, Randy Rollins will assume the role of President and CEO of Kimble Manufacturing Company and Crane Carrier Company. Randy has been President and CEO of Plymouth Industries, Inc. based in Minnesota since July 2008. He has done an exceptional job as the leader of a complex, growing business. He has over 30 years of progressive management experience with a variety of manufacturing companies in a wide range of industries. He began his career focusing his efforts on plant operations analysis, marketing, and manufacturing at James River Corporation. He spent 11 years with Rockwell/Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems Group as the Controller and Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, and later a Plant Manager of North American Driveline Operations. From there, Randy joined American Lincoln in Bowling Green, Ohio where he served as director of Manufacturing and later as Vice President and General Manager. Just prior to joining Plymouth Industries, Inc., he was the Vice President of Operations for Nilfisk Advance. He holds a BBA from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
